TERMS OF SALE
By agreeing to these Terms of Sale, I declare that I understand and accept the following conditions. If I don’t agree to any one or more of the following conditions and still go ahead with the transaction, I cannot hold the business responsible for any of the following conditions.

The business and people working for and/or with the business will not sell or share for harmful intentions any information the customer provides for the purpose of this sale.

The business and people working for and/or with the business do not have access to the customer’s sensitive information, such as credit card numbers, bank account details, etc. All payments are processed through the third-party payment gateways of Stripe and PayPal.

The business provides genuine flight reservations that can be verified.

The flight reservations offered by the business provide just a temporary hold for the purpose of visa processing and should not be treated as actual tickets to be used for actual travel.

The validity of any flight reservation provided by the business is entirely at the discretion of the airline in question. Airlines can choose to release the hold at any time without any notice for reasons they may or may not choose to disclose to the business or the business’ customers. In such instances, the business will provide customers with new reservations as soon as possible. But the business cannot be held responsible should the airline cancel the booking.

The business will deliver orders within 24 hours of receiving them, except under the following circumstances:

Due to the global nature of the business and agents working in different parts of the world, sometimes agents may be given the day off on a public holiday observed in one or more parts of the world. In such cases, delivery may take more than 24 hours. And the business will make notice of this on the website.

If the business’ agents are having trouble fulfilling an order due to certain conditions (such as flights not available for a given date, flights not available for a given destination, and other similar conditions), a representative of the business will reach out to the customer via email to obtain more details. If the customer does not respond in time with the required details, the agents might use their best judgment to create a reservation to deliver on the business’ promise of delivery in under 24 hours. If this reservation is not what the customer had intended, the business will work with the customer to make changes, but shall not be held responsible for not delivering the correct itinerary in under 24 hours if it takes longer in that case.

If an order is impossible to create due to certain conditions (such as dates too far into the future, destinations that do not exist, and other similar conditions), a representative of the business will reach out to the customer via email to obtain more attainable details. If the customer does not respond in time with the required details, the business shall not be held responsible for not delivering in under 24 hours.

Due to the global nature of the business and limited working hours of the people working for and/or with the business, prompt services may not always be possible. The business will try to serve customers to the best of the business’ abilities and offer prompt services whenever possible. Customers may reach out via email if they would instantly require new reservations, changes to an existing reservation provided by the business, or a new reservation for an expired one the business had earlier provided. However, if the business is unable to provide instant services, the business shall not be held responsible.

If a refund has been issued to the customer for any reason, the business is not liable to provide any services to that customer.

The business cannot be credited for visa acceptance or blamed for visa rejection under any circumstances. The business merely provides services the customer may require, and cannot guarantee visa acceptance, nor can be blamed for visa rejection.
